In 2024, the top three blockchain platforms by DEX volume are Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain

On December 30th, according to CryptoRank data, the top three blockchains for DEX volume in 2024 are Ethereum (674 billion USD), Solana (626 billion USD), and BNB Chain (352 billion USD) respectively, as reported by TechFlow of DeepTech.

Layer2 has performed well, with Arbitrum, Base, and Blast ranking fourth to sixth with volumes of $252 billion, $222 billion, and $133 billion, respectively. The emerging public chain Sui entered the top ten with a volume of $41.2 billion.
