Fasanara Capital Unveils FAST Tokenized Fund with Chainlink and Polygon

Fasanara Capital has launched a tokenized money market fund, FAST, on the Polygon PoS network, offering transparency and real-time settlements

FAST combines traditional finance and blockchain benefits, supported by Chainlink’s proof-of-reserve and Tokeny’s on-chain finance infrastructure

This comes as the fund has integrated with Polygon PoS for scalability, accessibility, and efficiency to boot in the world of tokenized real-world assets

Fasanara investment based in London and managing over $4 billion in assets has introduced a tokenized money market fund on the Polygon blockchain. The new product, Fasanara MMF Token or FAST, is designed to combine the best of traditional finance with blockchain technology to give investors easy access and real-time settlements

The deployment of FAST is a joint effort with other stakeholders in the industry including Chainlink, Tokeny, Fireblocks, Apex Group, and Fasanara Capital. This is where Chainlink offers key features including proof-of-reserve verification and cross-chain communication and Tokeny for on-chain fund management. Apex Group has been tasked with fund administration, and Fireblocks delivers advanced security through its key management and wallet solutions

Polygon’s PoS network plays a pivotal role in enabling FAST’s scalable infrastructure. This setup facilitates real-time transaction settlements, broader accessibility, and enhanced transparency. Colin Butler, vice president of institutional capital at Polygon Labs, emphasized the significance of this development. He noted that FAST exemplifies how DeFi can merge with traditional financial products, creating new opportunities for investors worldwide
