During the recent declines, Ethereum (ETH) suffered the biggest blow, while analysts do not have a clear consensus on the price of ETH. Some indicate that the decline could continue to lower levels, while others predict that an uptrend is on the horizon.

At this point, one of the analysts on the rise trend was CryptoQuant analyst. CryptoQuant analyst Amr Taha argued that the increasing Ethereum outflows in crypto derivative exchanges are a bullish signal.

An analyst said that the amount of Ethereum withdrawn from crypto derivative exchanges has reached the highest level since August 2023, and this is a positive signal for the price of ETH.

The analyst who analyzes the impact of ETH outflows on the price stated that the withdrawal of investors’ Ethereum from the derivative exchange reduces selling pressure, closes leverage positions, and potentially means moving ETH to cold storage, which is a bullish signal.

When ETH derivative exchanges exit, it usually indicates that investors are closing leveraged positions or moving ETH to cold storage.

This reduces the available supply for sale and makes it difficult for the price to drop.

If demand remains stable or increases, the price is likely to rise due to lower current supply.

Another analyst also commented, ‘increased Ethereum outflows on crypto derivative exchanges. Such big movements usually indicate less selling pressure and the closing of large positions, which is often a bullish signal.’
