Iran Denies Russia Provided Intelligence, Reaffirms Strait of Hormuz Security

Gate News message, April 20 — Iran’s ambassador to Russia, Kazem Jalali, stated today that Iran will ensure safe maritime passage through the Strait of Hormuz under its new legal framework.

Jalali asserted that U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran have failed, as their stated objective of regime change has not materialized and Iran is now more united than ever.

The ambassador also denied reports claiming Russia provided intelligence to Iran, calling such allegations false.
