Wanted Lab Launches Ennoia, Enterprise AI Platform Targeting Organization-Wide AX Market

Gate News message, April 14 — South Korean HR tech company Wanted Lab announced tomorrow (April 15) the launch of Ennoia, an enterprise AI agent creation and operation platform targeting organization-wide AI transformation (AX). The rebranding from Wanted LaaS aims to expand beyond developer-focused tools into a comprehensive enterprise platform enabling all employees to leverage AI in daily workflows. Ennoia, derived from Greek words meaning “thought” and “intention,” supports on-premises deployment for secure data management and integrates multi-agent operational logs to meet security and control requirements.

The platform incorporates agentic AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies via platform and SDK formats, enabling accurate responses and workflow automation based on internal company data. Wanted Lab also introduced an Enterprise AX Integrated Support Package covering AI education, practical application through “Promptathon” programs, infrastructure setup via Ennoia deployment, and skill-based talent management solutions. Hyungmin Joo, Head of AX Business at Wanted Lab, stated the platform combines security, versatility, and adoption of latest AI technologies to help organizations transform work practices beyond mere technology adoption.

On May 7, the HR Tech Leaders Day Season 5 conference will be held at Spigen Hall in Gangnam, Seoul, focusing on “Human Tech + Human Touch” and featuring 13 sessions on recruitment trends, AX case studies, organizational culture, and leadership. The event targets HR professionals and C-level executives, offering both offline (paid) and online (free) attendance options with YouTube livestreaming.
