Trump Counterattack: 48-Hour Ultimatum! If Power Plants Are Bombed, Iran May Destroy Middle East Data Centers and Desalination Plants
Middle East tensions feared to escalate again! Trump posted a warning on social media this morning, stating that if Iran does not fully open the Strait of Hormuz within "48 hours", the United States will strike multiple power facilities within Iranian territory, emphasizing it will "start by destroying the largest one."
Iran quickly responded, stating that if its energy infrastructure is attacked, it will launch retaliatory strikes against critical infrastructure of the United States and its Middle East allies. Targets include not only energy facilities but also information technology systems and desalination plants and other infrastructure. Among these, desalination plants are crucial civilian facilities in the Middle East, while information technology systems most likely refer to data centers in the Middle East region. As we previously reported, an AWS data center in the UAE was struck by an object and caught fire during Iranian attacks.
