Most people do not have true freedom; they are manipulated by their subconscious and social habits, living as if they are repeating a fixed script. Many people are unclear about what they truly want, focusing only on means (such as money) while neglecting the purpose (life goals). A person's behavior and thoughts are influenced by education, social culture, experiences, and habits from childhood to adulthood, forming an internal system that determines external expression. The brain has two systems: System 1 (fast thinking): instinctive, habitual reactions. System 2 (slow thinking): rational, logical thinking that can break out of inertia and take control. Modern society stimulates consumer desire and provides cheap entertainment, causing people to become addicted and lose their ability to think and explore the value of life. As a result, most people live a passive life, and to break free from this system, one needs to become aware of their subconscious, activate rational thinking, and regain the power of choice.
