Bottom shape: the larger the cycle, the better
(1) Characteristics of a bottom with a long lower shadow A cross or small yang line with a long lower shadow that appears after a continuous decline, with the length of the lower shadow far exceeding the length of the candlestick body.
(2) Characteristics of the bottom of a large candlestick After a sharp decline, there is a pump candlestick pattern close to a bald head, with the phenomenon of yang wrapping yin, accompanied by the short-term bottoming feature of heavy volume.
(3) Characteristics of the bottom of the hammer candlestick The hammer K-line refers to the highest price being equal to the opening price or closing price, and the lower shadow of the K-line is more than twice the body of the K-line. From the candlestick chart, it looks like a hammer head on top, and the handle of the hammer is pointing down. This kind of K-line bottoming form appears not often, but is relatively effective.
