Connor Grogan from Coinbase says there is a slim chance that the transfer of 8.6 billion Dollars worth of Bitcoin from 14-year-old wallets is the result of a breakout.
He pointed to a suspicious test transaction on the Bitcoin Cash network (BCH) that occurred just before the transfers as potential evidence.
If this is true, it could be the largest theft in the history of digital currencies.
