The person who writes the rules is calm.
The person who breaks the rules is not.
You’re asking two different versions of yourself to cooperate.

Your brain’s job is to protect you from fear, uncertainty, discomfort, and risk.
Trading requires the opposite:
-Staying calm in uncertainty
-Accepting losses
-Delaying gratification
-Being patient
-Taking actions that feel uncomfortable
Your brain sees all of that as danger.
So it reacts with:
-impulsive entries
-closing early
-fear of missing out
-trying to “make it back fast”
-avoiding stop losses
Not because it hates you.
because it’s trying to remove discomfort right now, even if it ruins tomorrow.
This isn’t personal.
It’s biology.
You’re fighting millions of years of evolution every tim

Don’t be afraid to lose a trade.
That fear is the reason you keep failing.
You enter… and now you’re sweating, panicking, micromanaging.
Relax.
Set a real invalidation point.
Risk small enough that you can actually let the trade breathe.
Let time and compounding do their job.

How many times have you closed a trade early
because it looked like it was about to tap your SL…
Only to watch it reverse without you
and play out exactly how you planned?
That’s not strategy.
That’s fear pretending to be “management.”
Execution is the line in the sand.
