The company also alleged the report blindly replicated a 2024 EU chart on global app spending despite market differences. Apple denied monopolistic practices, noting its India smartphone market share stands below 6%. The company faces potential fines of up to 10% of annual revenue. The CCI is scheduled to hold a closed-door hearing on July 21 to address Apple's response.
