I'm thinking of quitting crypto. Ever since I started trading contracts, I can't eat or sleep well.

Every time I play, I end up holding losing positions. I'm always on the path to break even.
The bull market might have returned, and Ethereum has been pumping hard.
When I first started, I lost several tens of thousands, then uninstalled the app and stopped playing.
I started playing again when Ethereum was at 3600 last year.
Then I lost several tens of thousands more. I've never made money in crypto.
I'm always holding losing positions. Crypto isn't suitable for me.
I keep depositing money. I don't think I even have a withdrawal button. I've never withdrawn before.
After playing for so long, I only have two close seniors I'm familiar with (Brother Gardener and Mengbao).
