Look at the main capital monitoring on valuescan. Currently there are still over 4 billion accumulated, which suggests that the main capital may not have completely escaped yet and wants to continue oscillating for a while longer.
Another reason is that the oscillation period at the 60,000 level was too short. If it oscillates for a few more weeks, that would be more reasonable and allow for longer accumulation. Then the subsequent crash would be faster and more severe.
