Laut der Ankündigung von Visa am Mittwoch (29. April) hat der Zahlungsriese sein globales Pilotprojekt für Stablecoin-Abwicklungen auf neun Blockchains ausgeweitet, wobei sich die annualisierte Abwicklungs-Run-Rate auf $7 Milliarden erhöhte, ein Plus von 50% gegenüber dem vorherigen Quartal.

Visa fügte Unterstützung für fünf neue Blockchains hinzu—Arc, Base, Canton, Polygon und Tempo—und ergänzt damit seine bestehende Infrastruktur für Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana und Stellar.
