PANews 1月14日消息，据Decrypt报道，涉嫌盗取已故美国乡村音乐歌手George Jones遗孀Nancy Jones价值超1100万美元XRP的男子Kirk West已对其提起反诉。West声称自己在双方关系存续期间通过投资加密货币等资产积累了财富，因此有权获得部分资产。West去年因涉嫌盗取Nancy Jones 40万美元现金及超550万枚XRP（当时价值1160万美元）被捕。据法庭文件，两人在George Jones 2013年去世后相识相恋，West自称“加密货币专家”并说服Nancy投资XRP、以太坊、狗狗币等多种加密货币。Nancy去年因怀疑West出轨将其赶出住所，随后发现存储其加密资产的Ledger硬件钱包从保险箱中失踪。虽经律师协助追回超500万枚XRP，仍有48.3万枚XRP（现值超100万美元）下落不明。
