According to Galaxy Research and blockchain data confirmed by Bitcoin.com News, on June 19, 2026, a dormant 2012 wallet named in the $293 billion Noah Doe Bitcoin lawsuit moved 199.216 BTC (address #1504). Galaxy Research head of research Alex Thorn revealed that 52 of the named addresses have collectively moved 34,335 BTC ($2.48B) since the suit was filed, with 12,302 BTC moved since defendants were served onchain. The onchain activity contradicts plaintiffs' abandonment claims, bolstering defense attorney Jeremy Cohen's argument in a June 19 affirmation opposing a stay of proceedings. Judge Kathy King will weigh the stay dispute at a July 14, 2026 hearing.
