30-Year U.S. Treasury Yield Rises 3.85 Basis Points to 5.0353% on June 8

On June 8, U.S. 30-year Treasury yield rose 3.85 basis points to 5.0353%, hitting an intraday high. The 10-year Treasury yield also climbed 2.79 basis points to 4.5582% but later fell to a daily low of 4.5145%, showing significant intraday volatility. The 2/10-year yield spread widened to 40.069 basis points.

The 2-year Treasury yield gained 0.85 basis points to 4.1555%. In inflation-protected securities, the 10-year TIPS yield rose 3.04 basis points to 2.1896%, while the 30-year TIPS yield increased 3.87 basis points to 2.7823%.
