Jinshi Data February 6th News, Ocean Group (03377.HK) announced a major progress in the overseas debt restructuring on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On February 5, 2025 (London time), the sealed copy of the order approving the UK restructuring plan by the English court was published in the London Gazette. As of the announcement date, all relevant conditions have been met, and the effective date of the UK restructuring plan occurred on February 5, 2025 (London time).
