Bushehr Nuclear Plant Resumes Operations with 2,200 Workers Returning, Reactor 60% Complete

According to Rosatom CEO Likhachev, on May 8, Bushehr nuclear plant’s construction site gradually resumed operations with approximately 2,200 employees returning to work. The situation around the facility remains stable, and the number of Iranian workers is continuing to increase, Likhachev said. He added that Bushehr’s second reactor unit is now over 60% complete.
