The State Council of China released opinions on August 2025 regarding the deep implementation of the “Artificial Intelligence+” initiative, proposing that by 2030, China’s AI will fully empower high-quality development, with the adoption rate of new intelligent terminals, intelligent agents, and other applications exceeding 90%. Intelligent economy will become an important growth engine for China’s economic development, driving technological inclusiveness and shared成果. Cai Chongxin pointed out that over the past year, Alibaba has made a fundamental judgment: the widespread application of AI across various scenarios will generate enormous market opportunities.
