China Securities Regulator Warns Against Fraudsters Exploiting RWA Investment Concept

According to China Securities Regulatory Commission Shenzhen Bureau, on June 12, fraudsters have been exploiting the real-world asset (RWA) tokenization concept to conduct illegal activities including non-compliant fundraising, fraud, pyramid schemes, money laundering, and unlicensed operations. The regulator warned that such schemes disrupt financial order and endanger public assets.
