Data Center Operator Crusoe Seeks $3B Funding to Reach $30B Valuation on July 4

According to Bloomberg, on July 4, Crusoe, an AI data center operator, is in talks to raise approximately $3 billion in funding, with its valuation potentially reaching $30 billion—roughly triple its previous $10 billion valuation from October last year. The company operates large-scale data centers supporting AI systems and has contracts with Meta and Oracle to provide AI computing power. Funding discussions remain ongoing and the final valuation is not yet confirmed, sources said.
