FERC To Rule on Data Center Grid Connection Regulations by End of June

According to former FERC Chairman Neil Chatterjee, the U.S. energy regulator FERC is preparing to rule on data center grid connection regulations by the end of June. Chatterjee described the decision as one of the most significant actions by the agency in decades.
