According to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, 25 vessels were permitted to transit the Strait of Hormuz in the past 24 hours. This comes as Iran's Foreign Ministry stated that the United States openly violated the ceasefire agreement and vowed to respond. The Wall Street Journal clarified in a corrected report that the U.S. did not restart the "Operation Freedom" plan but instead "quietly" guided vessels through the strategic waterway. Meanwhile, according to the International Telegraph Agency, Russian authorities are considering possible restrictions on diesel and kerosene exports, though no final decision has been made.
