According to CCTV International, on July 24, Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that Iran will not submit to U.S. threats or accept coercive demands while speaking at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization foreign ministers meeting in Kyrgyzstan. Araghchi said Iran remains committed to its principles and will continue pursuing its objectives to fulfill the Iranian people's legitimate demands. He also noted that Iran and the United States continue exchanging messages through intermediaries and understand each other's positions, but emphasized that the core issue is America's reliance on bullying and coercion tactics.
