Morgan Stanley: Investors Increase Long Dollar, Short Sterling Positions Ahead of Fed Meeting

According to Morgan Stanley strategists, investors have increased long dollar index positions and short sterling positions ahead of this week's Federal Reserve and Bank of England policy meetings. Option pricing data shows the accumulation of dollar long positions, while futures market data also indicates a net long dollar bias, Morgan Stanley strategists Molly Nickolin, David Adams, and Andrew Watrous noted in a report.
