Russia Dismisses UK, France, Germany and Zelenskyy Peace Terms as 'Lacking Novelty' on June 11

According to CCTV, on June 11, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zakharova dismissed peace conditions jointly proposed by UK, France, Germany and Zelenskyy as 'lacking novelty' and unacceptable from the start. The statement supported direct negotiations with Ukraine under U.S. participation and called for legally binding security guarantees for Kyiv, including deployment of multinational forces, while maintaining asset freezes pending full Russian compensation. Zakharova accused the Western allies of continuing to supply Ukraine with long-range weapons and driving military buildup in Ukraine and Europe.
