According to industry sources, Samsung Galaxy S26 series surpassed 3 million cumulative domestic sales on July 6, just 117 days after its March 11 launch. The flagship lineup achieved the milestone 58 days faster than its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 series, which took 175 days to reach the same sales figure in 2025.
South Korea's Ministry of Industry and Trade attributed the strong performance to Samsung's AI-enhanced features and privacy enhancements. Wireless communication device exports grew 51.9% year-over-year in June to $1.55 billion, with the ministry citing Galaxy S26 sales momentum as a key driver.
