SK Hynix Reviews 0.5% Underwriting Fee for U.S. ADR Listing Worth ~$26.5 Billion on July 4

According to Bloomberg, SK Hynix is reviewing an underwriting fee rate of 0.5% for its planned U.S. American Depositary Receipt (ADR) offering on July 4. Based on the company's current market capitalization, the offering could raise approximately $26.5 billion, with total underwriting fees estimated at roughly $130 million. Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase are serving as lead underwriters. While the 0.5% fee rate is below typical Wall Street standards and lower than SpaceX's recent IPO fee of 0.67%, the transaction would rank among the largest equity offerings globally and mark one of the biggest underwriting mandates for Asian companies this year.
