South Korea's Oil Corp Imports 970,000 Barrels from UAE, 575,000 from Canada on July 6

According to an announcement on July 6, Korea National Oil Corporation successfully imported 970,000 barrels of crude oil shipped from UAE's Fujairah port in early June and delivered it to GS Caltex. The company also received 575,000 barrels produced by Canada's Harvest Oil, which was shipped from Vancouver in early June and delivered to SK Energy.

The consecutive imports underscore KNOC's efforts to stabilize domestic crude supplies amid Middle East supply concerns. KNOC President Son Joo-seok stated the company will monitor international developments closely and explore additional overseas crude imports in coordination with domestic refiners.
