Stick Investments Completes 205.2B Won Refinancing for Lotte Energy Materials, Replaces Lenders on July 27

According to Yonhapnews, Stick Investments completed a refinancing of its acquisition financing for Lotte Energy Materials on July 27, replacing the seven existing lenders with Korea Investment & Securities. The special purpose company (SPC) Stick Special Situation I signed a loan agreement worth approximately 205.2 billion won with Korea Investment & Securities on July 10. The loan matures on July 10, 2029, with a fixed rate of 6.3% on the term loan portion, while a revolving credit facility (RCF) carries a variable rate. The refinancing reduced the outstanding debt from an earlier 560 billion won commitment, and the final transaction included an additional 30 billion won RCF buffer.
