Tencent Cloud Cancels Free GPU Tier for Cloud Native Services on August 1

According to Tencent Cloud, effective August 1, 2026, the company is discontinuing the free tier for Cloud Native Build-GPU and Cloud Native Development-GPU services. GPU resources will remain available on a pay-as-you-go basis at unchanged unit rates. Organizations with existing Tencent Cloud budgets will no longer receive free GPU allowances and will be billed directly from their budgets. Organizations without a bound budget must link one in organization settings before accessing GPU-related features.
