U.S. 10-Year Treasury Yield Jumps to 4.41% on PCE Release, Falls to 4-Month Low

On June 25, the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield spiked to 4.41% when the PCE inflation data was released at 20:30 Beijing time, then fell to a daily low of 4.3627% within 15 minutes before recovering to close at 4.3902%, down 0.20 basis points. The two-year yield fell 2.88 basis points to 4.1168%, while the 30-year yield rose 2.15 basis points to 4.8611%, indicating steepening of the yield curve.
