Effective today, all customers, existing and new, who sign up for Binance.US have immediate access to ultra-low fees

Additionally, to help maintain a healthy market for all traders, Tier 0 pairs, which now include BTC/USD (replacing BTC/USDC), will now have a small 0.01% taker fee, while still featuring 0% maker fees
