According to a report by Jinse Finance, YZi Labs has officially issued a notice to 10X Capital and reminded shareholders of CEA Industries, Inc. to be aware of the disruptive actions of 10X Capital (the company’s asset manager). The notice outlines what YZi Labs believes to be significant or potential breaches of contract, serious violations of fiduciary duties, and deficiencies in transparency and corporate governance by 10X and its principals, including BNC CEO David Namdar and 10X founder and BNC board member Hans Thomas. YZi Labs’ notice requires 10X to provide written confirmation by December 5, 2025, proving that it will adhere to the BNB fund management strategy promised to PIPE investors and that there has been no improper disposal of BNB assets.
