In his post, Solano detailed the content and significance of this deal. He stated that this represents Yuga Labs’ doubling down on a simple yet grand goal: to create the best creator platform in the cryptocurrency space. He described this platform as enabling anyone to easily build virtual worlds, games, and experiences that support large-scale multiplayer online interactions, with freely combinable elements, and one-click publishing. Everything is built on open infrastructure, emphasizing true digital ownership and an integrated economy.
Solano further pointed out that fully internalizing the platform and team allows Yuga Labs to move faster, iterate more quickly, and make long-term investments in Otherside and the developers creating on it.
