Gate News message, April 22 — Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum said the country’s Foreign Ministry has sent a letter to the U.S. Ambassador demanding clarification on the involvement of two American security personnel in an illegal drug laboratory dismantling operation in northern Mexico.

Sheinbaum emphasized that the matter involves national security and sovereignty, and must be addressed in accordance with Mexico’s constitution and national security law.
