He deployed an immutable binary program called percolator and deposited approximately 5 SOL into its vault, with all admin keys destroyed; Toly cannot make any modifications to the market or the program.
The percolator program functions as a pure risk engine and cannot conduct trades or provide quotes on its own. Toly is offering the 5 SOL as a bounty to encourage anyone to attempt to exploit or manipulate the engine, particularly through AI-based methods.
If successful, Toly said he will make efforts to help the hacker secure employment or angel investment opportunities.
