Gate News: On April 13, the financial technology company Superstate announced that it has completed a B round of additional financing. Invesco Private Capital, under the umbrella of asset management giant Invesco, participated in the round; the financing amount was not disclosed. At the same time, Invesco will serve as the investment manager of Superstate’s flagship tokenized fund, USTB (a short-term U.S. Treasury fund), starting in the second quarter of 2026. The fund size is approximately $900 million, making it one of the largest tokenized sovereign debt products globally. After the handover, the fund will be renamed, and Superstate will retain the digital transfer agent functions.
