The ruling shows that the judge allowed the plaintiff to submit a revised complaint within 60 days, requiring more specific on-chain transaction and account linkage evidence. The plaintiff had previously failed to prove a direct connection between the exchange’s trading activities and specific attacks, lacking key evidence such as fund flows, wallet ownership, and transaction times. Additionally, the judge criticized the plaintiff’s 891-page complaint as “obviously overly lengthy,” stating it did not meet the standards of the Anti-Terrorism Law.
