What happened when 11,358 bitcoins (BTC) were transferred within an hour?

Whale Alert is a popular blockchain tracker used to track large cryptocurrency transactions. Earlier today, it found several consecutive Bitcoin transfers totaling nearly 1 billion USD in just one hour.
This is the rebound that occurred after Bitcoin fell 4% on Tuesday.

11,358 Bitcoin is being transferred
The above blockchain tracker detected three consecutive transactions, transferring a total of 11,358 bitcoins, equivalent to over $743 million.
These transactions involve 6,499, 2,359, and 2,500 Bitcoins, respectively. The first transfer alone is worth nearly 500 million dollars.
These massive transactions occurred between unknown blockchain addresses. 6,499 BTC and 2,359 BTC were both transferred from the same wallet -vtv93w.

Bitcoin ETF funds outflow for the fourth day, Bitcoin recovers from recent decline
On Tuesday, the price of the global flagship cryptocurrency Bitcoin fell 4.05%, dropping to the $64,360 area, causing a stir in the cryptocurrency market.
After that, in the past 24 hours, BTC has shown signs of recovery, striving to break through $65,590. However, it fell back from this resistance level, and the current trading price is $65,148.
One of the factors that led to the further decline of Bitcoin was the zero inflow of funds for the spot Bitcoin ETF on June 18th. The Grayscale Bitcoin Trust saw significant outflows of 62.3 million USD, second only to Fidelity's ETF, which had an outflow of 83 million USD in BTC.
