This year, Sui took a significant step in interoperability by launching the Sui Bridge on the mainnet. The Sui Bridge provides a native cross-chain bridge secured by Sui validation nodes, enabling the bridging of assets between Sui and Ethereum. Although the current asset types are limited, more assets and features will be introduced next year.
On December 24th, Sui Bridge announced its support for $USDT! Through the transmission protocol, users can now use Sui Bridge to quickly and securely transfer assets such as ETH and USDT from Ethereum to the Sui chain, and easily and smoothly access the Sui DeFi ecosystem.
In addition, Sui Bridge has now integrated Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP), supporting users to transfer native USDC between Sui and eight other chains.
