Odaily星球日报讯本周英国高等法院在曼彻斯特就钱志敏比特币民事追缴案召开了一场听证，但本次是一次典型的程序性听证，并未就资产归属、赔偿方案或实体法律问题作出任何裁定，听证的核心议题是谁来代表广大中国受害人，负责该案的特纳法官多次表达对当前局面的关切，随着越来越多律师事务所分别代表不同群体的中国受害人，依据 POCA 第 281 条（s.281）提出权利主张，英国高院正面临“代理泛滥”的现实风险，此外特纳法官亦明确提及另一条英国高院并行推进的司法程序，针对蓝天格锐公司的英国破产清盘程序，据悉后续听证拟于 2 月 16-17 日举行，届时或将就破产清盘程序对民事追缴案件的具体影响作出进一步安排或指引。（财新网）
