Mexico Prices New Bonds Due 2037, 2056 at +185bp, +195bp Spreads; 2055 Notes Fall to 106.5 Cents

According to a preliminary prospectus filed with the SEC, Mexico on Monday priced new dollar-denominated bonds due 2037 at approximately 185 basis points above U.S. Treasury yields and additional 2056 notes at around 195 basis points. The proceeds will be used to repurchase dollar-denominated bonds maturing in 2027 and 2028, as well as euro-denominated bonds due 2029.

Mexico's existing 2055 dollar bonds declined 1 cent to 106.5 cents, reaching the lowest level in over a week, according to Bloomberg's pricing data.
