UBS Raises DRAM and NAND Price Forecasts for H2 2026, Extends Bull Cycle Into 2027

According to UBS research, the bank raised its memory chip price expectations for the second half of 2026. DRAM contract prices are now forecast to rise 32% quarter-over-quarter in Q3 (previously 17%) and 18% in Q4 (previously 12%). NAND pricing is projected to climb 30% in Q3 and 12% in Q4, with the strong cycle expected to extend into 2027.
