Binance Futures announces the delisting of two perpetual contracts SLERFUSDT (U-margined) and CHZUSD (coin-margined) on October 21, 2025. This decision is part of the strategy to optimize the futures product portfolio, aimed at eliminating contracts with low liquidity.

Delisting can cause short-term volatility and affect the liquidity of related trading pairs, but major cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH have not yet been significantly impacted.

Binance will proceed with the liquidation and automatic settlement of all positions on the specified date, while adjusting the leverage level and margin requirement of the SLERFUSDT contract. The platform recommends that users close open positions before the delisting time to avoid the risk of automatic settlement.

CEO Richard Teng emphasized that this is a routine step to maintain the effectiveness of the futures market.
