二、多花一些时间说说 BTC 的产业中观论点 我在 2021 年所著书籍的末尾，八大预测中的第一点就提到了，BTC 是 unbeatable 的。参考我的书籍电子版《解锁新密码 - 从区块链到数字货币》后记四 –  从科技产业的角度来说，web3 是未来必然的趋势，而比特币是整个 web3 世界的核心资产，或者经济学上，应该叫「通货」。在以物易物的古代，黄金是最常见的「通货」，在近现代国家体系和金融体系发展起来后，国家货币是最常见的「通货」。而未来，随着数字时代的来临，在元宇宙的虚拟空间内，数字世界的所有生活，需要一种新的「通货」。 所以，有些人揪着「你投资的怎么是一个 token」不放，毫无意义。区块链、crypto 需要「+」，就像现在别人问你投资什么赛道，你说「我要投资股权企业」、「我要投资一个互联网企业」。Web3 作为一个特殊行业，crypto 作为一种新的市场手段和金融介质，已经在逐步其他产业结合——区块链 +AI=DeAI，区块链 + 金融=Defi，区块链 + 娱乐 / 艺术 = NFT+metaverse，区块链 + 科研=Desci，区块链 + 物理基建=Depin….. 趋势很明确了，但是，和我们有什么关系呢？或者说，我们怎么在看清趋势后，获得财富增值？ 那我们把目光切到 AI。 这些年商业社会的主旋律，一条在明，一条在暗。AI 毫无疑问是资本一直追捧，能上的了台面的热点。Crypto 就是在暗处涌动，各种传说和暴富神话所聚集的地方，但也是限制诸多，而让很多人可望不可即的地方。 AI 市场的潜力确实被广泛认为是万亿级别的，尤其是生成式 AI、AI 芯片和相关基础设施领域。然而，对于投资者而言，大家相信 AI 是朝阳行业，也愿意将自己的金钱投入进去，不过投什么呢？现在能投 AI ETF 指数基金，全面覆盖 AI 生态来有效跟踪行业增长吗？ 没有。2024 年英伟达的股价上涨了近 3 倍，而同期多数 AI 主题 ETF 的表现却显得平平。而再往后看，英伟达的股价表现，更并不会和 AI 整体产值增长呈正相关关系——芯片公司，绝不可能永远只有英伟达一家。  2024 年主流 AI ETF 和英伟达股票表现对比 AI 是主旋律，不过会有一个能锚定未来 AI 行业市值发展，AI 整个行业产值上升多少，这个 ETF 的价值就能上升多少的产品吗？就像道琼斯指数 /S&P 500 ETF 代表 Web 0 （股权企业）的发展，纳斯达克 ETF 代表 Web1，web2 的投资机会没有以指数方式呈现，Web3 世界，或者说未来人类整个数字世界的价值，最合适的指数就是 BTC。 为什么 Web3 世界的价值，一定就是用 BTC 来衡量呢？ 因为，从电脑、互联网一个个诞生开始，人类注定就会越来越多的将时间花在虚拟世界，而不是现实世界了。未来，我们戴上 VR/AR 眼镜，就可以坐在家中去黄石公园游玩，回到中国的唐代感受宫殿，进入你设置的虚拟会议室和地球另一端的朋友面对面喝咖啡……现实和虚拟的界限会越来越模糊，这就是未来数字世界，或者元宇宙的样子。而在那里，你要给虚拟空间做些装饰，你想让那里的数字人给你跳个舞，总需要付钱——这不可能是美元，人民币，更不可能是实物资产。我能想想到的，最合适，也是唯一能被整个数字世界所接受的，就是比特币了。 记得在电影《辛亥革命》里，孙中山先生举着一张 10 元的债券：「待革命成功，这张债券可兑换 100 元」。  ## 三、回到当下 我们生活在经济稳定的国家，法币是可以被信赖的。但这，远不代表整个世界的金融体系都像我们所生活的社会这样稳定：阿根廷新任总统上台第一件事就宣布取消了阿根廷的法币体系——反正阿根廷国内也没人信任政府发行的法币何必多此一举。土耳其 2023 年通胀率达 + 127% ，相对应的，其国民众数字货币拥有率高达 52% 。尤其在第三世界国家，最近几年信息技术基础设施逐步完善过程中，其传统法币移动端支付和数字货币支付手段几乎是同时发展。相比之下，就像在 2010 年前后，中国信息技术蓬勃发展期，跳过了 POS 机和银行卡刷卡支付的 1.0 时代直接进入移动端支付的 2.0 时代，第三世界国家最近几年开始发展， 3.0 时代的数字货币支付直接替代了 2.0 时代移动端支付手段，从而使得数字货币支付成为日常支付中司空见惯的场景。 这里讲到一个有意思的争论，比特币没有控制者，如果作为一种货币或者「通货」无法实现法币的政府宏观调控职能。实际上美元也是企业发行的，所以所谓的政府宏观调控都要让位于背后的利益集团，资本力量才是世界运行的推手。非要说法币有宏观调控，那么比特币挖矿的利益集团们就是最大的调控者。  近几年各大经济体通货膨胀率变化  近几年阿根廷通货膨胀率变化 从微观角度来看，随着资金流动速度的加快，科技和金融周期变得越来越短。在经济反脆弱性较弱的环境下，传统股权市场需要 8-10 年的锁定期，这种长期投资的特点令许多人对流动性问题产生担忧。而币权提供了提前变现的可能性，不仅能够吸引更多散户资金进入，还为早期投资者提供了更灵活的退出预期。 在传统股权市场中，天使轮或早期投资者通常在企业成立后的 5 年左右，即企业已进入较为成熟的发展阶段但距离 IPO 或被并购尚有时日时（通常为 8-10 年），寻求通过股权转让或企业回购实现部分退出。这种模式可以有效缓解投资的时间成本，但与币权相比，其流动性显然更为受限。 币权模式的吸引力在于，它通过代币发行或流通的方式，让早期投资人能够更早实现资金回笼，同时吸引更广泛的市场参与者，这种灵活性可能会对传统股权市场的格局产生深远影响。这方面可以参考，《加密资本论四部曲之二（下）：没有硝烟的战场——VC 还是 token fund？》。 另一个方面，全球大部分主权国家的金融市场是极其碎片化、缺乏流动性的，而 crypto 天生的全球金融特点极大的吸引了这批资金，包括韩国、阿根廷、俄罗斯等。而越南为主的东南亚部分国家的股市发展无法跟上其中产阶级财富积累速度，更是让这些新兴阶级对于金融市场的参与直接跳过了本土金融市场的阶段而向 crypto 完成过渡。在全球数字货币合规化、与主流金融市场融合的背景下，这些国家的民间资产的投资需求无法被羸弱的本土金融基础设施所满足——韩国股市主板市场（KOSPI）和创业板市场（KOSDAQ）加在一起有 2500 多家上市公司，但 80% 的公司市值只有不到 1 亿美元，每天交易量更是可以忽略不计。而吸纳了全球散户资金的数字货币市场，拥有最为充足的流动性，成为了他们最好参与投资的标的。  Doge 当前市值和交易量  三星当前市值和交易量 注：从图中可以看到，Doge 当前市值约为 60 B 美元，三星市值约为 234 B 美元，是 Doge 市值的 4 倍左右。但是 24 h 交易量 Doge 达到了 5.5 B，是三星的数万倍。 而在全球数字货币市场的战略要地——美国， 2025 年很可能会迎来全新的加密货币法律体系变革，最重要的两条法案——FIT21 和 DAMS，会影响币圈未来的命运。这两项由商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）而非证券交易委员会（SEC）监管的区块链法案，核心在于将代币发行（发币）视为商品交易，而非证券发行，从而归 CFTC 管理。考虑到这两项法案是由共和党提出的，而目前的 SEC 主席加里·根斯勒（Gary Gensler）代表民主党立场，法案面临较大阻力。然而，在特朗普再次当选总统的情况下，因共和党掌握主导权，法案通过的可能性显著增加。 解释一下这个法案，通俗的说，就是发币被当做商品，由 CFTC 监管从而合法化，这可以极大促进发币融资的积极性。企业能够合法合规地通过发币进行融资，吸引更多资本流入币圈。以及，有了长期合规发展的稳定渠道，会有更多的人长期坚定的在赚了钱后，依然从事这个行业。最重要的是，美国率先推出这个法案后，将正式揭开全球领域数字货币金融市场、区块链科技市场，国家之间的竞争，「抢项目」、「抢人才」，在完全全球化自由流动的币圈中，未来可能会进一步发生。如果美国政策更友好，甚至，发币不再是个灰色产业而是倍儿有面子的金融创新，常住在新加坡、瑞士等现在相对 crypto friendly 国家的创始人们，很快就会发生一次大迁徙。 ## 四、回想起 2016 年，那个全世界 crypto 种类可以掰着指头数出来 BTC 就像游戏币一样，可以用 RMB 直接打进交易所「充值购买」的年代，我们那一代币圈原住民，对于未来的希冀。（具体参考《「 2021 的数字货币，我们该如何投资？」四部曲之一》文末）   那也是我的梦想。 原本我的设想是，这些目标要用 8-10 年去实现。 但是，我们只用了四年。 也就在那个时候，我有了新的梦想——既然比特币作为货币资产已经被主流社会慢慢接受，那么，其他数字货币，或者说 token，除了数字股权以外，也要起到数字商品的作用，从而在人类未来的数字世界里，除了金融价值以外，也要产生 utility，才能让人类更好跨入数字世界。 哦对，这个东西，后来大家给它取了新的名字——NFT。 「元宇宙时代的数字商品」，这是我对 NFT 未来终局的定义，也是真正实现「互联网时代商品」的 web3 化，数字化，从而 mass adoption 的最重要一环。 正因此，我在 2021 年初就坚决 build NFT 行业。在《通向未来之路——web3 五部曲》系列文章中，有着我对它未来的描述。 ##
