This looks like a crypto token but it's just one of the many stocks that IPO'd in 2024.
How does it work?
Founder has an idea/product market fit/revenue and some customer, gets angel investor, incubators take interest, and then VCs are introduced to continue allocating capital at increasingly high valuations to hyperscale the company (Series A, B, C, D, E, etc) until a liquidity event like an acquisition by a company or an IPO.
However, the IPO price isn't the always the market value of the company - and founders, investors, or owners often take profits as retail use brokerages to buy the stock. Access to stocks is now growing with much more friendly user interfaces, personally heavy on $TSLA $PLTR and $META - watching $CRCL.
