Laut einer Bekanntmachung der Volksbank von China und des China Customs vom 30. April haben die beiden Behörden das Genehmigungssystem für die Ein- und Ausfuhr von Gold sowie Goldprodukten gestrafft. Häufige Händler können nun Mehrfach-Import- bzw. -Exportgenehmigungen erhalten, die ab Ausstellung 9 Monate gültig sind und es ermöglichen, innerhalb des Gültigkeitszeitraums sowie innerhalb der vorgeschriebenen Mengen mehrere Zollabfertigungen durchzuführen. Die neue Politik erweitert den Anwendungsbereich auf 15 Zollregionen, darunter Peking, Shanghai und Shenzhen. Die Vorschriften treten am 1. Juni 2026 in Kraft und ersetzen frühere Bekanntmachungen aus den Jahren 2016 und 2017.
