Circle veröffentlicht Arc Blockchain-Whitepaper, Start des Mainnets für den Sommer 2026 geplant

Laut Foresight News hat Circle am 5. Mai das Whitepaper zur Arc-Blockchain veröffentlicht. Der Start des Mainnets ist für den Sommer 2026 geplant, während die Testnet-Betriebsaufnahme im Oktober 2025 beginnt. Stand vom 5. Mai hat das Testnet 244,1 Millionen Transaktionen verarbeitet. Arc wird als Blockchain in institutioneller Qualität positioniert, mit EVM-Kompatibilität, nativer USDC-Integration, Settlement-Fähigkeiten im Sub-Sekunden-Bereich und konfigurierbaren Datenschutzfunktionen. Cross-Chain-Übertragungen werden über Circles CCTP (Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol) ermöglicht.
